If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. However, as a small company, we require that merchandise be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition to provide a refund. Opening, using, or damaging the item prevents us from reselling it and impacts our ability to offer fun and unique products. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace items with obvious manufacturer's defects.

IMPORTANT: IF WE RECEIVE ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, AND WE CAN RETURN THE ITEM TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.


FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE

  • Within 7 Days:

    You may return full-price merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a refund of your original purchase amount, less shipping and handling charges. The item must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging and sales invoice.

  • Within 8–30 Days:

    You may return the item within 8–30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling costs. The item must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging and sales invoice.

  • After 30 Days:

    After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits.

SALE-PRICE MERCHANDISE

All sale-price merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 


GIFT MERCHANDISE

If you received an item as a gift (purchased by someone else), it may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. The item must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging and sales invoice.

MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers. All items must be returned or exchanged through the third party directly and are subject to their return policies.

 


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number:

    We will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

  3. Prepare Your Shipment:

    • Use the original shipping box or a suitable alternative.
    • Include plenty of padding material to protect the products.
    • Include a copy of your sales invoice.
    • Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package.

    IMPORTANT: ITEMS MUST BE WELL-PROTECTED AND PACKAGED SIMILARLY TO HOW YOU RECEIVED THEM. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, USE THE SAME PACKAGING THAT WAS USED TO SHIP THE ITEMS TO YOU. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN RESALABLE CONDITION FOR A REFUND. ANY ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

  4. Choose a Shipping Service:

    You may use any shipping service you prefer. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit for the price of the products returned (including tax, if applicable). Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part, we will ship the replacement back to you at our expense.

Please Note: Adjustments must be made to the original form of payment; we cannot issue refunds to a different credit card or account.


PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your return. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
