I ordered this fanny pack and was so excited to receive it. However, they sent me this one but with a silver strap instead of a black strap. I reached out the customer service 2 weeks ago and jAson almost a week ago and still haven't heard back. I'd love to get this fixed because I love these fanny packs and would love to wear one that is my style.
